ORDERS:
Since most things are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the number of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made, it is then usually shipped within two days of completion.
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures the fair and proper treatment of all customers.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept PayPal or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
If leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. The availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
